Description
The objective of this IST project was to provide patients in need of continuous assistance and observation with access to appropriate health information at all times.
The task of ITACA-TSB was to develop alarm and GPS location equipment, mobile GPRS monitoring services on any IP network, besides e-health network management elements.
Participating firms included Airtel, Bull and Siemens, as well as ITACA-TSB and the Polytechnic University of Madrid.
